Revolt Intelicorp receives 150 Crore
Gurgaon-headquartered Revolt Intelicorp has raised Rs 150 crore from Rattan India Enterprises, which the company says will enable it to expand its reach in India as well as South Asian markets. Revolt is Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma’s venture. Revolt Intelicorp currently offers two electric motorcycles RV300 and RV400 in India. It has expanded its presence in 6 cities and intends to be the forerunner in this electric mobility space.
Revolt Intelicorp says it will utilize this money to spread its presence in 35 cities across India. The company also says that it will leverage AI and try to offer world-class contactless experience to its customers.
This is Rattan India’s first investment in an Indian eco-friendly transportation start-up. As part of the deal, Rattan India Enterprises will hold an equity share in Revolt and Rajiv Rattan will join as non-executive chairman of the board of the company Revolt says it will utilize this money to spread its presence in 35 cities across India. The company also says that it will leverage AI and try to offer world-class contactless experience to its customers.
Rattan India group, formerly named India Bulls Power is a business conglomerate with business interests in power generation, cement, mining and finance ( NBFC).
